Recruitment & Employer Branding Specialist

We are a Czech company that offers its products all over the world. We develop control systems that we supply to large vessels, hospitals or data centers. We ensure the backup power system for the O2 Arena in Prague, electrify entire islands in the Pacific or provide energy supplies on a plateau in the North Sea. In addition to our headquarters in Prague, we are located in 12 subsidiaries around the world and we employ more than 400 employees.

Are you looking for a new job where you will:

  • be in charge of the complete recruitment process of new employees, especially for engineering / IT positions
  • use your previous experience in the field of active recruitment, searching for candidates on social networks, etc.
  • participate in various projects related to building and strengthening the employer's brand
  • be in daily contact with HR Business Partners and hiring managers throughout the company
  • be involved in other activities (adaptation of new employees, cooperation with universities/secondary schools, …), you can influence and improve the existing ways of working.

You will fit perfectly for this role if you:

  • already have previous experience with recruitment (either from the personal agency or internal HR)
  • communicate in English without any problems, so that you can be in touch with candidates all over the world
  • have no problem going "an extra mile" to find, attract and convince even passive candidates, especially in the engineering / IT field
  • have experience with searching for candidates on social networks
  • focus on improving the overall candidate experience
  • you can effectively manage your workload. You are systematic and organized person, who doesn't forget to have fun :)
