PR and Content Specialist

Our new colleague will manage the day-to-day activities and hands-on execution of marketing communication programs including the communication processes, schedule, and reporting, as well as content continuity. The External Communication Specialist will conduct everyday marketing communications for the organization, including online communication on social media and website.

What tasks will our new colleague perform:

  • Develop an effective brand communication strategy and implement different communication strategies that include media outreach and social media content creation.
  • Work with business development and product managers and other stakeholders to brainstorm content ideas, in line with the company’s strategy and in support of various brand initiatives.
  • Prepare press releases, and content for the company website as well as infographics, and newsletters. Prepares company magazine. Ensures that we produce high-quality written outcomes.
  • Establish a relationship with industrial print and online media, manages the contact database.
  • Manage social media content and measures and evaluates campaigns performance. Stays up to date with the latest social media trends. Monitors SEO and user engagement and suggests content optimization.
  • Perform Crisis Communication if needed.
  • Is responsible for the online promotion budget.

How does the profile of a perfect candidate look like?

  • University degree in the field of Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field.
  • Previous experience in the area of PR and online & printed media
  • Content writing experience for all media platforms.
  • Proven social media and networking experience: Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram.
  • Fluent English and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization and outside to other companies
  • Works under limited direction, able to think and work independently, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines and determine priorities.
