Marketing Specialist (EMEA Region)

For our headquarters in Prague we are looking for suitable candidates for the regional role within the Marketing Communication team. Our new colleague will be the main contact to our subsidiaries as well as all our distributors in the EMEA region and will be in charge of the development and implementation of a marketing and communication plan for the EMEA region including budget preparation and execution.

Your responsibilities in this position would be:

  • Build and strengthen the reciprocal relationship and effective cooperation between ComAp Headquarters, subsidiaries and distributors in the EMEA region.
  • Launch new local and global campaigns in close cooperation with subsidiaries and distributors with the aim to meet the needs of the respective region.
  • Generate new leads from the EMEA region marketing and communication activities.
  • Provide necessary support while organizing trade fairs and other kinds of social events.
  • Supply our subsidiaries and distributors with official news, printed and electronic materials, giveaways, etc. with the goal to unify and amplify the ComAp Brand and communication.
  • Gain important information from the region, subsidiaries and distributors and will provide ComAp Headquarters with references, case studies and other multimedia content.
  • Keep the website content of each subsidiary in the EMEA Region updated as well as being responsible for the Distributor portal updates.
  • Closely cooperate with Product Management and Sales while preparing promotions materials for subsidiaries and distributors.
  • Implementation of a Marketing and communication plan for the EMEA region, including budget preparation and execution.

How does the profile of an ideal candidate look like?

  • Previous experience in Marketing and/or Event management on a regional level
  • Strong ability to deal with colleagues at all levels within the organization and outside (our distributors, etc.)
  • Experience with leading successful global/regional marketing communication projects and campaigns
  • Experience with trade fairs and events organization
  • Fluent English preferably on a native level
  • Autonomy, responsibility, willingness to learn new things
